Terms of service

Revuma. Last updated 15 September 2026.

Who you are contracting with

Revuma is the merchant of record for this service and is responsible for it. The legal identity behind the name is at the foot of this page. Every question about these terms, about an invoice, or about a charge goes to fsnkomartinson@gmail.com.

These terms apply to anyone who opens a Revuma workspace, whether or not they pay for it.

What the service is

Revuma is a subscription web application for sales teams. It holds the accounts, contacts, orders, payments, opportunities, activities and tasks a business enters, and from those records it produces recommendations, follow-up drafts, reports and meeting preparation. Revuma is software and nothing else. It does not sell goods, it does not hold money for a customer, and it does not act as a customer’s agent with the people that customer sells to.

Revuma writes drafts and recommendations. A person decides what to do with them. Nothing Revuma produces is sent to your customers unless you send it yourself.

Plans and prices

Starter is free and stays free. The two paid plans are priced per workspace, so the price does not change when you add people to your organisation.

Monthly prices per workspace, not per person.
PlanWho it is forGhana (GHS)Elsewhere (USD)
StarterIndividual salespeople and small businessesFreeFree
ProfessionalGrowing sales operationsGH₵250 / month$25 / month
PremiumSales leaders developing their teamsGH₵600 / month$59 / month

Prices shown here are the prices charged. If a price changes, the change applies from the start of your next month and never to a month already paid for, and you are told by email before it takes effect.

Billing

A paid plan is billed monthly, in advance, on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after that. It renews automatically until it is cancelled. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

A workspace set to Ghana cedis is charged in GHS through Paystack, by card or mobile money. A workspace in any other currency is charged in United States dollars through Stripe, by card, and the price shown in the workspace says so. Card and mobile money details are entered on the payment provider’s own page. Revuma never sees them and never stores them.

If a payment fails, the provider retries it. Your plan stays active while it does. Access moves to Starter only after the provider has given up and cancelled the subscription, and only at the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to cancel

Open Plans and access inside your workspace and use Cancel at period end. The cancellation is recorded straight away and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Until that date your plan keeps working exactly as before. On that date the workspace moves to the free Starter plan and no further payment is taken. Cancelling part way through a month does not shorten that month and does not produce a partial refund.

There is nothing to cancel on Starter, because Starter is free.

Refunds

There is no refund for part of a month. A month that has started has been paid for in full and runs to its end, whether or not the workspace is used. A charge made in error is different: if you were billed twice for the same month, billed after a cancellation had already taken effect, or billed on a plan you did not choose, write to fsnkomartinson@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and the amount is refunded in full.

The full policy, including how a refund is returned to you, is on the refund policy page.

Signing in

Revuma sends a one-time sign-in code through Resend to the email address you enter. Codes expire after 15 minutes and work once. New accounts require approval before workspace access. Sign-in sessions last 24 hours; approved access continues when you sign in again. Workspace membership controls which organisation records you can open.

Your records

The records you enter remain yours. Revuma stores them to run the service for you and does not sell them or use them to build anything for another customer. You can export them at any time, on any plan.

When a paid plan ends, records are not deleted. The workspace moves to Starter and the records stay readable and exportable. Features that belong to the paid plans stop.

What you agree not to do

  • Enter records about people without the right to hold them.
  • Use Revuma to send unsolicited messages, or anything unlawful in Ghana or in the country you are writing to.
  • Share one workspace sign-in between people who each need their own, or resell access to Revuma.
  • Attempt to reach another organisation’s workspace, or to interfere with how the service runs.

An account may be suspended if one of these is broken. Where the problem can be fixed, you are told what it is and given a reasonable chance to fix it before anything is suspended.

Availability and responsibility

Revuma is provided as it is. It is a small and actively developed service, and it is not promised to be uninterrupted or free of faults. Keep your own copies of records that matter to you, using the export the service provides.

Revuma is not responsible for a commercial decision you take, for a sale you win or lose, or for a loss of profit, revenue or expected business. Where responsibility cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event. Nothing here limits any liability that the law of Ghana does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the service changes. The version on this page is the current one and carries the date it was last updated. A change that affects what you pay or what you receive is sent to your account email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Write to fsnkomartinson@gmail.com first: most matters are settled that way.
