Refund policy
Revuma. Last updated 15 September 2026.
Revuma is operated from Accra, Ghana. This page says what you are paying for, how to stop paying for it, and when money is returned. It sits alongside the terms of service, which govern everything else.
What you are paying for
Revuma is a monthly subscription to a sales workspace. A paid plan is billed in advance, per workspace, on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after that. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
| Plan | Who it is for | Ghana (GHS) | Elsewhere (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Individual salespeople and small businesses | Free | Free |
| Professional | Growing sales operations | GH₵250 / month | $25 / month |
| Premium | Sales leaders developing their teams | GH₵600 / month | $59 / month |
Starter is free, so there is never anything to refund on it.
How to cancel
Open Plans and access inside your workspace and use Cancel at period end. The cancellation is recorded straight away and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Until that date your plan keeps working exactly as before. On that date the workspace moves to the free Starter plan and no further payment is taken. Cancelling part way through a month does not shorten that month and does not produce a partial refund.
Cancelling is the way to stop future charges. It is not a refund request, and it does not need one: once a cancellation is recorded, no further payment is taken.
No refund for a partial month
A month that has begun has been paid for in full. Cancelling on day two or day twenty of that month makes no difference to what has already been charged, and Revuma does not refund the unused part. In exchange, the plan keeps working for the whole of the month you paid for rather than stopping the moment you cancel.
The same applies if you move to a smaller plan. The change takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and the difference between the two prices is not refunded for that month.
A charge made in error
A charge that should not have been taken is refunded in full. That includes any of the following.
- The same month billed twice.
- A charge taken after a cancellation had already taken effect.
- A charge on a plan you did not choose, or at an amount other than the published price for that plan.
- A charge on a workspace that was never opened to you.
Write to fsnkomartinson@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge, with the date and the amount. Refunds are agreed by return where the record is clear, and in any case within five working days of the request.
How a refund reaches you
A refund is returned through the same provider and the same method used for the payment: to the card that was charged, or to the mobile money wallet that was debited. Revuma cannot send it anywhere else. How long it takes to appear is set by the payment provider and by your bank or mobile money operator, not by Revuma. Card refunds in Ghana commonly take five to ten working days.
Revuma holds no card or wallet details of its own, so a refund is always instructed through Paystack or Stripe.
Before you raise a chargeback
If a charge looks wrong, write to fsnkomartinson@gmail.com first. A refund agreed directly is faster than a chargeback and costs you nothing. If the charge was an error, it is refunded without argument.
Governing law
